An innovative leader with over 40 years of broad based medical group practice management experience in both privately owned and integrated physician offices. Skip is skilled in identifying problems, formulating solutions and successfully managing the operatings of medical group practices. Her areas of expertise include: Financial Management, Physician Recruitment, Physician Practice Management, Formation of New Practices and the Integration of Existing Practices, Strategic Planning, Facility Planning, and New Program Development. Skip has a proven history of balancing the needs of physicians, staff, management and community to provide cost effective quality medical care.
Ms. Kasprzak is a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive and earned Fellow status in the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 1993. Skip has held many leadership roles within related organizations, at the state, regional and national level. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the newly formed MGMA-ACMPE Association.
